ITALY

Few days back we visited Italy. It was a long long awaited trip for me.
I always wanted to go to Rome but since i read Da Vinci Code & Angels and Demons, I was waiting to get first chance to visit Rome and other parts of Italy.

Like always, my trip was a budgeted one, short and crisp. I covered all the main places what I planned earlier (including some ones that i dint plan initially).

Our whole trip to Italy was 6N & 7D.

Day 1:
Reached Rome Fiumicino Airport in the morning. From airport, we have many connections to the city. To know how to reach from airport to city, click here.
We took train and reached our hotel. Since i anticipated that after reaching hotel and after finishing our lunch, we wont have much time left, so i just kept Colosseum / Palatine Hill / Foro Romano for that day.

Everyone knows what Colosseum is... so I am not going to talk about it here.
But what i dint realize is how amazing was Palatine Hill and Roman Forum.
